This utopian to the absurd project examines the additional possibilities of how to house the refugees in existing urban situations with minimal investment. In particular, there is a proposal to establish residences in the pedestals of the statues and monuments which adorn the streets and squares of European cities. The newcomers' housing literally inside the symbols of European culture and history would promote their integration. Excluding the economical and social effects, it is thought that a regular stay in the art works can be favorable for the mentality of the human being.

To say it with the words of Dostoevsky: “Beauty will save the world”.

The project includes 20 drawings 60x70cm.
